The Lodge Cafe & Theatre Bar

On the first floor of The Stag Community Arts Centre there is a friendly cafe which is open for coffee and light refreshments from Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. Tel: 01732 458158 David Martin and his team would like to invite you to try one of their home-made cakes which really are delicious. The slices are probably the most generous in town! (We love the coffee and walnut, what about you?). On 'Stag 2 for 1 Wednesdays' they have a special offer on coffee and cake and quite often have other promotions running such as their great nutritious milkshakes ('Smoos') with a large smartie cookie for the kids.

Kids incidentally have a great time here as there are toys to keep little ones amused while mums and carers have a natter, and children's cinema parties can be arranged here so you don't have to pick cake off your ceiling!

On selected Classic Film dates there is a buy one get one free on cream teas (with a classic film ticket). Why go anywhere else when there's so much on offer at The Lodge?

Spoil yourself - you know you're worth it!

During the evenings when there is a theatre show on, this space becomes the Theatre Bar where drinks can be pre-ordered for the interval. It's a great space to hire too if you would like to host a reception or celebration.
